Text message consent

Sentinel Command handles media accreditation for sporting events. Its text messages are sent under the name MediaCredentialing. Event organizers can use it to send urgent, time-sensitive text messages about their event (credential pickup changes, venue access changes, schedule changes) to the media credentialed for it. No marketing or promotional messages are sent.

Permission is given when a media organization registers at mediacredentialing.com/apply, and it can be changed at any time afterwards. The organization’s media contact answers the question below, which must be answered to register. No answer is selected in advance. Each answer is recorded with the exact wording shown, the account that gave it, the time, and the IP address it came from.
